Our Training Facilities
Launceston Horse Racing
Our Stable Facility is located directly opposite Tasracing’s Longford Training Complex.
The Tasracing Training Complex in Longford, Tasmania offers us use of the grass track (home of the famous New Year’s Day Longford Cup Meeting), a sand track and a dirt track in preparation for our Launceston horse racing.
Our horses are stabled at our privately owned Stable Complex, in indoor boxes and we use our day yards to assist in their post-race recovery.
Our Stable Complex has its own pool, walker and treadmill to assist us to get the best out of every horse. Tasmanian trials are held at the Longford track on the grass, at Spreyton on the Tapeta surface and at Hobart on the turf track.
